Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Surgery

Seeking a Nurse Leader to oversee patient care and staff coordination in an ambulatory surgery setting. Responsibilities Include Assigning, directing, educating, and monitoring nursing and support staff during shifts. Assessing patient care needs, developing appropriate assignments, and ensuring quality outcomes. Collaborating with advanced practice providers and evaluating patient care effectiveness. Responding to patient care concerns and contributing to staff hiring, training, and evaluation. Performing performance evaluations and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure. Minimum of one year RN experience. Current RN license and BLS certification for the applicable state. Skills And Physical Requirements Strong communication, leadership, and assessment skills. Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive movements. Proficiency in vision, hearing, and color recognition necessary for patient care. Additional Details Work in a safe, alert manner and respond promptly to emergencies.
