Registered Nurse - General Surgery, Nights

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg, General Surgery 3W Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care on a General Surgery inpatient unit. Maintain professional accountability and evaluate care effectiveness provided by team members. Coordinate patient care with other departments, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Previous hospital experience preferred; new graduates are welcome. Skills & Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, walking, reaching, and bending. Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills.
