Registered Nurse - Outpatient Surgery - Days

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to assess, manage, and coordinate nursing care during patients' hospital stays using a patient-centered approach. Key Responsibilities Include Performing comprehensive assessments and reassessments, including post-op and transfer evaluations. Developing and evaluating individualized care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, lab data, and physician orders. Implementing and documenting nursing interventions, administering medications, and coordinating care with the healthcare team. Providing patient and family education, discharge planning, and ensuring safety and infection control practices. Recognizing changes in patient conditions, addressing risks, and involving families in decision-making. Delivering age-appropriate care for adult and geriatric patients, and participating in performance improvement activities. Maintaining professional competence, adhering to safety protocols, and promoting service excellence with compassionate communication. Qualifications And Skills Include Current RN licensure in applicable states with BLS certification. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
