As we continue to expand our brand and reach new audiences, we are looking for an Entry-Level Communications Coordinator to join our team. Day to Day: Assist in developing marketing content and materials that highlight the company’s products and capabilities. Manage and coordinate email communications, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives. Partner with the outside sales team to provide marketing and product resources that support customer conversations. Collaborate with engineering and operations to gather information and communicate new product launches and updates. Help coordinate trade shows, events, product promotions, and other company marketing initiatives. Track outreach activity and prepare monthly reports to measure engagement and overall communication efforts. Maintain marketing files, product information, contact lists, and other internal resources to ensure information is current and organized. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating projects, and assisting with department correspondence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, or related. 1+ years of experience in communication, customer service, marketing, or sales. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
