ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2016 and has grown into a high-performing team of 11. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the investment advisory space, bringing a strong financial background and strategic mindset into the agency.

I'm a Florida native, a husband, and a father of two. Family and community are important to me, and that carries into how I lead and support our team. We are highly engaged in the community through local charities, Chambers of Commerce, and nonprofit board involvement, and we take pride in building strong relationships both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mark Kinkade - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $78,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
