This role works closely with clinicians and administrative staff to ensure efficient and coordinated care delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Capture patient vitals and assist clinical staff as needed- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage client appointments- Conduct appointment reminder calls and follow-ups- Respond to scheduling inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate scheduling and patient records- Support clinic workflow and communicationQualifications:- Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience preferred- Strong communication and multitasking skills- Experience with scheduling systems preferredCompensation:Hourly rate: $17–$24 per hour (DOE)Benefits:- Medical, dental, and vision insurance- Paid time off and paid holidaysApplication Instructions:Submit a resume for consideration.
