Overview
Lowry Main Street Dental is an established family dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time!

Schedule:
- Monday 8:30am-6pm
- Tuesday 7:30am-5pm
- Wednesday 7:30am-4pm
- Thursday 7:30am-4pm
- Friday 7:30am-1pm
Compensation: $20-$28/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k match, short-term disability, long-term disability, EAP and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience
- Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
- Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
- Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area
Experience:
- 1+ years of dental front office experience is required
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
