Supervisor

What You'll Do: Open and/or close the store as scheduled and serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of management. Direct the store team and help coordinate day-to-day store operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. Oversee company deliveries, cash register transactions, daily cash reconciliation, and inventory-control activities as needed. Resolve or report issues involving customers, employees, or store products. Enforce safety policies and procedures and serve as a role model for safe work practices. What We're Looking For: 6 months to 1 year of retail supervisior/management experience. High school diploma or GED preferred. Able to take initiative, assume responsibility, and follow through thoroughly. Comfortable working with computer systems, gathering information, and maintaining accurate records. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record to be filed under the company's insurance standards for outgoing store deliveries. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for an extended period of time. Move and handle merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 40 pounds.
