Summary As a Client Advisor you act as the Gucci brand ambassador, responsible for delivering best-in-class service and achieving individual sales objectives. You will build and deepen client relationships both in-store and through remote selling, offering personalized styling and product expertise. The role requires strong commercial awareness, professionalism, and a passion for luxury fashion. Responsibilities Proactively engage clients to build lasting relationships and recruit new clientele. Drive individual and store sales through elevated selling techniques, cross-sell and upsell strategies. Provide personalized styling advice and product storytelling to guide client purchasing decisions. Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to expand selling opportunities. Participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, and POS transactions. Maintain visual merchandising and adhere to grooming and brand presentation standards. Requirements Minimum 2 years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven sales track record. Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and client-centric attitude. Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to collaborate with team members.
