General Manager (Family Dining)

We are seeking a hands-on, dependable General Manager to lead our high-volume, family-style sit-down restaurant. If you have a proven track record of managing full-service dining rooms and pride yourself on your professional stability, we want to talk to you.

What You Will Do

• Lead the Floor: Maintain a strong, visible presence in both the front and back of the house during peak hours to ensure excellent guest service and food quality.
• Drive Operations: Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and food safety standards.
• Manage the P&L: Oversee food and labor costs to hit profitability targets without sacrificing quality or staff morale.
• Build the Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a reliable team of service and kitchen staff, fostering a positive work culture that reduces turnover.

What We Look For

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service, or family-dining environment.
• Stability: A proven work history showing job stability and commitment. We are looking for an established leader, not a job hopper.
• Skills: Strong understanding of restaurant P&L mechanics (labor, food cost, and waste management).
