Admissions Assistant

Job Id: 343 # of Openings: 1 Hillcrest – a skilled nursing facility is looking for teammates who have a passion for caring. As a full-time Admissions Assistant, you will be responsible for working with hospital discharge planners on patient/resident to our senior care facility. If you are longing for a stable, honest, and safe place to work, this job is for you! Job Duties Include: Process necessary paperwork prior to the admission; strong organization skills are a plus. Work as a team with admissions coordinator and other departments to ensure smooth and welcoming admission for the patient. Assist the patient or family through the admissions process. Meet with families of prospective patients for tours and information about Hillcrest.
