We are hiring a dependable Finishing Technician for a full-time, first-shift position in Oldsmar. This role is responsible for completing finishing work on manufactured parts, inspecting products for quality, and preparing finished materials for the next stage of production or shipment.
Finishing Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Responsibilities
• Perform finishing work on manufactured parts and products
• Sand, grind, deburr, polish, or clean materials as required
• Remove sharp edges, excess material, and surface imperfections
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely
• Follow work orders, production instructions, and quality standards
• Prepare completed products for packaging or shipment
• Report damaged materials, defects, or equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Previous finishing, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools or power tools is helpful
• Strong attention to detail and product quality
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift materials as needed
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation required
