Practice Operations Contractor We are seeking an organized independent contractor to support day‑to‑day operations for a growing group counseling practice in Illinois. Practice Operations Contractor – Illinois Group Counseling Practice Responsibilities: Manage administrative projects and practice workflows Maintain information and documentation in TherapyNotes Assist with Gusto-related payroll/contractor administration Organize files, forms, and communications through Google Workspace Support scheduling, onboarding, and general practice projects Identify and improve administrative processes Pay: 30-40/hour, project-based. Approximately 5-10 hours per week, depending on workload. Ideal candidate: Experience in behavioral health, medical practice administration, or private practice operations. Familiarity with TherapyNotes, Gusto, and Google Workspace preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Counseling Speaks
