Stone Cottage Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Sigourney, IA, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Rate: Starting at $35/hour

Available Shifts:

• M/W/F 6a-6p

• PRN

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in line with care plans and facility policies

• Accurately administer medications and treatments

• Coordinate daily resident care and support the care team

• Contribute to a positive, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

• Active Iowa LPN license in good standing

• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Genuine dedication to resident-centered care
