Position Overview Dragonfly Cares is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based services to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. Opportunities are available across multiple service lines, onsite including direct school-based, home-based, center-based, and parent training services. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving outcomes for children and families through collaboration, clinical excellence, and individualized support. What You'll Do Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans for children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities. Provide direct or consultative behavioral services across home, school, center-based, and community settings. Implement and oversee evidence-based interventions to support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, communication, social skills, and independence. Train, supervise, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and other direct service staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Monitor client progress, analyze data, and make clinical recommendations to maximize outcomes. Collaborate with families, school personnel, related service providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency across environments. Provide parent training, coaching, and support to promote the generalization and maintenance of skills across home and community settings. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency, funding source, and professional standards. Requirements Master's Degree in ABA or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (required) / LBA required or in process. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in clinic or center-based settings. Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Ability to work independently and also in a collaborative environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Preferred Experience Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish. Benefits Pay: $80-90 per hour. Flexible scheduling.
