Our TeamIs Expanding!! We are currently looking for an experiencedInside Account Manager-Employment Specialist to fill an immediate opening with our office. This is an internal position with 75% in the office and 25% outmeeting withclients. Ideal candidates should have at least2 years of staffing or inside sales experience and prior customer service related work experience is a plus. Responsibilities of theEmployment Specialist Develop and maintain recruiting sources to ensure consistent applicant flow. Conduct job interviews, administer and score tests, evaluate applicant skills, abilities and availability. Maintain and drive in new business by phone and in person. Assign associates to client accounts, advising associates of client's location, the person to whom they will report, working conditions, essential job functions, work schedule, pay rate, and all other pertinent information. Monitor and record associate performance and provide necessary feedback. Requirements of theEmployment Specialist Associates degree or real life work experience Preferred prior customer related work experience Minimum 1 year of managing others Minimum1 to 3years of staffing or inside sales experience Full cycle recruiting experience preferred Understanding of account management Solid phone and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of general business, office terminology and basic computer skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively Must have a passion for sales and service Excellent attendance and work ethic Benefits of theEmployment Specialist Salary and Commission - base plus commission IRA match Vacation and Holiday Pay Short term and Long term disability Life Insurance Policy Training will be provided Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
