We are looking for a Workday Compensation Analyst to join the band as part of our Global HR Compensation team. This team member will play a central role in the HR Compensation roadmap, be a part of a hard-working team, and work within an award-winning HR function.

Required Skills:

• Data reports
• Comparing data to the new data
• Data Integrity
• Building Workday Reports is the key role of this role

Desired Skills (not required but candidate will have exposure to these skills in this role):

• Test Scenario examples could be:
• End to end Compensation Annual Review process
• Reporting
• Compensation impacts on other workstreams
• Compensation Statement design and data validation

Required Skills: Workday, Experience with the Compensation module in Workday, Reporting experience in Workday, Excel, Data Validation experience, Analyst level experience (do not need a consultant level). Basic Qualification: Additional Skills: Open ended contract for extension. Background Check: Yes. Drug Screen: Yes.
