Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, gathering social, personal, environmental, and health histories to provide tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions for individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based modalities to address their specific conditions.

• Develop and implement holistic treatment strategies that may include crisis intervention, referral to community resources, and program planning that aligns with clients’ emotional and social needs.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships based on trust, respect, and a clear understanding of each client’s unique circumstances.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness and address emerging needs.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client sessions, treatment outcomes, and progress notes in compliance with clinical protocols.

• Manage a caseload as designated, ensuring timely updates and adherence to treatment protocols.

This position is focused on clients who have experienced various forms of trauma, including but not limited to mental health challenges associated with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and complicated grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in mental health counseling or related areas.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in treating behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, family dynamics, and grief counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
