Job Title: Step Down Registered Nurse Location: Florence, SC Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 1817.69 - 1908.57 Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00 (3x12s, Days, Holiday Rotation) Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: 2 years of experience; SC license or Compact license in hand prior to start; ACLS; BLS; ICU and/or Stepdown experience

Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care within the stepdown hospital setting.
Monitor patient needs and communicate relevant changes to the care team.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care.
Float within scope to meet facility needs, including between like units or sister facilities.
Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and assignment expectations.
