Behavioral Health Case Manager
Bernalillo
Bernalillo County seeks a Community Case Manager in its Behavioral Health Department. You will provide case management and counseling services to assigned clients, assess needs, determine levels of care, and coordinate referrals across residential, community-based, and jail-based settings in partnership with external agencies.
