We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and takes pride in their analytic and reconciliation skills.What You'll Be Doing:Work closely with management to achieve outcomes based on company goalsManage adherence to firm purchase order process, including ensuring appropriate approval and documentationMaintain all accounts payable, including ensuring timely payments and detailed review of invoicesMonitor and record credit card account transactions including charges, payment discrepancies, refunds, etc.Update General Ledger daily for all expense transactions to ensure adherence to timely monthly reporting and detailed firm categorizationProcess Payroll bi-monthly, collaborating with HR departmentEnsure compliance for all vendor W9 files, and coordinate 1099 filings annuallyMaintain petty cash accounts with log and documentation of all disbursementsCommunicate with clients about accounts receivable and questionsPost daily depositsPost all expense transactions in accounting system, and reconcile all credit card and bank accounts monthlyAssist in month-end and annual close and journal entriesAssist in Finance Department special projects and reportingQualificationsWhat Makes You a Great CandidateYou have…Bachelor's Degree in Business or related Business specialtyBachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required1 – 3 years relevant experienceExperience with accounting software, NetSuite experience preferred but not requiredProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytic skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and budgetsWhy will you love working for us?Our team members enjoy plenty of opportunities for professional and personal fulfillment.
