Nursing Home Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility in the Plymouth, CT area. The ideal candidate will bringstrong leadership experience in long-term care, strong operational management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the nursing home while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive workplace culture
- Manage budgets, staffing, and facility resources to meet organizational goals
- Ensure the highest standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners
- Current Connecticut Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA)
- Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, reimbursement, and best practices in elder care
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
