Quality Program Manager - Healthcare Performance
Redlands Community Hospital
Redlands Community Hospital is seeking a Quality Manager to provide operational leadership and daily management of the Quality Department. This position ensures effective execution of quality improvement initiatives and supports frontline staff while managing performance improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, a valid California RN license, and a minimum of three years of management experience in quality or performance improvement.
