Korean Air Premium Lounge - Food & Beverage Supervisor Pay Rate: $32/hourly Location: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Company: Sodexo Live! Shift Times: Evening Shift: Primarily 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM Open Availability Preferred. We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily dining operations and uphold the highest standards of service for First Class, Prestige Class, and Elite travelers from around the world. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality leader who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and confident guiding teams in a luxury, international setting. What You Will Do: Supervise day-to-day food and beverage operations within the Korean Air Premium Lounge. Lead, coach, and support buffet attendants and service staff to ensure consistent, elevated service standards. Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness, and organization across all dining and service areas. Monitor food quality, freshness, temperature logs, and proper rotation in accordance with food safety standards. Partner closely with culinary teams to ensure seamless execution during peak service periods. Conduct opening, mid-shift, and closing duties, including walkthroughs and operational checklists. Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally and discreetly, ensuring swift and thoughtful resolution. Enforce compliance with food safety, sanitation, TSA, OSHA, Sodexo Live!, and Korean Air brand standards. Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback as needed. What We Are Looking For: Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage, premium hospitality, airline lounges, hotels, or upscale dining environments required. Bilingual Korean and English skills strongly preferred. Strong leadership presence with a calm, polished, and guest-focused approach. Exceptional attention to detail, presentation, and service flow. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume international lounge environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
