The Associate Consultant, HR Technology, supports and leads client engagements from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role focuses on managing engagement milestones, facilitating workshops, and translating client needs into actionable deliverables. The Associate Consultant also contributes to internal training, strategic planning, and practice growth while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Proven track record of managing strategic client engagements and leading cross-functional teams. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs. Familiarity with HR technology platforms and industry trends.

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. At least 3 years of HR Tech or Brokerage experience.

Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
