Job Description We are seeking an Internal or Family (adult focus only) Medicine Physician to join our team at our West Pavilion practice in SW Grand Rapids . The highly diverse patient population is well cared for by a team of providers. You will join Internists, Family Medicine Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, RN Care Managers, LMSW Social Workers, Pharmacy, and a team of highly functioning support staff. To provide the best patient care, the office is open extended hours providing a flexible schedule. Call is supported by a first line nurse triage system, making home call extremely manageable. Lab and imaging are conveniently located within the building.
