Job: Technician

Salary Range: $62,000-93,000/year based on experience

Type: Direct Hire

Adecco is recruiting for a company in Kent, Ohio seeking a skilled Technician to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional with experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.

What you’ll do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components on industrial machinery

• Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints

• Diagnose equipment issues and develop effective repair solutions

• Lead and execute a repair plan, correcting all defective components to optimal specifications.

• Leads and performs full testing to ensure the cause of operational issues has been addressed and corrected.

• Organizes and maintains workspace to ensure a clean and safe environment for all team members.

• Test equipment to ensure repairs are completed successfully

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical experience

• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an industrial shop environment
