Job Summary:
Grove Park Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, a leading provider of high-quality healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Admissions Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the Admissions Director will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transition of patients into our care, while maintaining exceptional standards of service and quality.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to optimize patient flow and streamline the intake process
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and reduce readmissions
• Coordinate with the clinical team to develop individualized care plans and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships
• Monitor and analyze patient flow data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to promote partnerships and optimize admissions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and customer service
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and process improvement
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
