We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Admissions Director to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, the Admissions Director will be responsible for developing and implementing effective admissions strategies to drive growth and enhance the overall patient experience. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy to drive growth and enhance the overall patient experience
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions for patients and families
- Conduct site visits to evaluate community resources and develop relationships with referral sources
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve admissions processes and operational efficiency
- Analyze and report on admissions data to inform strategic decisions and optimize outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and referral sources
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
