Job Summary The Regional HR Manager (North America, US, Canada and México) will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR Management for Midea America Corp and providing oversight and leadership in several HR Operational elements. Oversee the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs, and services, including compensation and benefits, HR budgeting and reporting, employee relations, employee practices, legal compliance and procedures, and employee communications. Job Responsibilities Lead Midea America's Compensation and Benefit design, analysis, and upgrade. Manage incentive plans including merit increase, bonus plan, project incentive and long term incentive, etc. Design and review Midea benefits and benchmark to stay competitive. Manage yearly workforce planning, budgeting, labor cost management, and labor efficiency improvement. Manage HR compliance, review employee handbook, policies and procedures from time to time to keep them updated. Manage HR internal and external audit, 401k audit, EEOC, payroll tax registration, etc. Manage employee relations, consults and provides advice, counsel, and resolution to employees and managers on a broad range of employee relation matters, including policy interpretation and application, conflict resolution, case investigation an exit processes and practices. Manage HR reporting including labor cost report in local and with HQ, employee demographic report, and other report when needed by management. Oversee all HR contracts, records, documents, shared drive, files, and procedures etc. Provide corporate communications as required on policies, processes, structure changes, and other topic that affects the business. Regularly visit satellite offices in different states to provide HR support. International travel 1-2 times a year. Other duties are assigned. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree and above in related field. 10+ years of HR experience with at least 3+ years of HR team management experience is required.
