Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Unicon Pharma is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner (Director-Level) on a contract basis for a leading pharmaceutical client in Basking Ridge, NJ (hybrid, 1–3 days/week onsite). This is a strategic role partnering directly with senior (N-1/N-2) leaders of large organizations. You'll serve as a trusted advisor on the people agenda — shaping and executing people strategies aligned to business goals, and driving Strategic Workforce Planning, Strategic Talent Management, Organizational Design & Development, and Change Management. Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner and member of the leadership team for assigned business units (supporting Oncology and US Tech client groups). Lead Strategic Workforce Planning and Strategic Talent Management initiatives. Drive Change Management, proactively guiding leaders and employees through change. Provide guidance on Organizational Design and Development in partnership with HR COEs. Propose and lead unit-specific strategic HR projects and initiatives. Requirements Extensive Director-level / Global HRBP experience advising senior executives. Demonstrated strength in Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Change Management, and Organizational Design/Development. Agility — ability to jump in, pivot quickly, and work across multiple client groups with sound judgment. Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced degree preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Able to commute to Basking Ridge, NJ 1–3 days/week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
