As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a high-impact, data-driven recruiting function responsible for building the workforce that powers our clinical and operational success. Every hire you influence directly impacts access to care, client outcomes, and organizational performance. From scaling high-volume pipelines for RBTs to attracting top-tier BCBAs and operational leaders, you’ll design and execute strategies that ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time. How You’ll Make an Impact Drive workforce growth: Build and execute recruiting strategies aligned with caseload demand, waitlist reduction, and service expansion Increase applicant volume: Design multi-channel sourcing strategies that generate strong, consistent candidate pipelines Own full-cycle recruitment: Lead hiring from sourcing through offer, ensuring speed, quality, and candidate experience Optimize hiring efficiency: Improve time-to-fill, conversion rates, and offer acceptance through structured processes and data insights Partner with leadership: Align hiring priorities with Operations, Clinical Leadership, and HR to meet business goals Strengthen employer brand: Position Hand Over Hand as an employer of choice in a competitive ABA market Elevate hiring quality: Implement structured interviews, scorecards, and training to improve selection decisions Leverage data for impact: Analyze recruiting metrics to continuously refine strategy and drive measurable improvement What You’ll Own & Elevate End-to-end recruitment strategy across clinical and operational roles High-volume hiring pipelines for RBTs, Behavior Therapists, and clinical staff Talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, including BCBAs and leadership positions ATS optimization, workflow design, and recruiting process standardization Recruitment marketing campaigns and sourcing channel performance Candidate experience from first touchpoint through onboarding Key recruiting metrics, including application volume, time-to-fill / time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and funnel conversion rates Who You Are A strategic and hands-on talent leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments Data-driven and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes A strong communicator who can influence hiring managers and executive stakeholders A builder: you enjoy creating systems, processes, and scalable recruiting models Solutions-oriented, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence Passionate about connecting great people to meaningful work What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership responsibility Experience in high-volume recruiting and workforce planning (required) Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA environments (strongly preferred) SHRM-CP or PHR certification (required) Strong expertise in ATS platforms, recruiting analytics, and process optimization Proven ability to improve recruiting KPIs and drive hiring outcomes Why You’ll Love Working Here Competitive compensation: Based on experience and recruitment performance Hybrid flexibility: A thoughtful blend of remote and in-person work that supports productivity and balance High-impact role: Your work directly drives growth, access to care, and client outcomes Growth-focused culture: We invest in leadership development and continuous improvement Collaborative environment: Partner with passionate leaders across clinical, operations, and HR Purpose & pride: Build the teams that make life-changing services possible Meaningful work: Everything you do helps children gain skills that last a lifetime Hand Over Hand LLC is an EEO Employer: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, sex, religious creed, disability, or any other category protected under law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
