Accounts payable processor

Our client is in search of their next great Accounts Payable Processor. This position is available due to a recent promotion. If you are great with numbers, enjoy research and being in the details this is the position for you. An individual with with at least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience is required.
salary: $20 - $25 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities
- Receive and sort vendor invoices
- Input vendor invoices into computerized A/P system
- Review invoice edit reports for input accuracy
- Identify and resolve exceptions
- Verify approval limits and account coding
- Assist in executing payment cycle processes to include creating and printing checks, stuffing envelopes and mailing payments.
- Receive and respond to vendor and internal inquiries
- Review vendor statements
- Attach vendor invoices into the ERP System
- Maintain spreadsheets
- May perform other administrative accounting duties
