Job Description
Labor & Delivery RN - Nursing

Schedule
- Nights, 3x12-hour shifts
- Every other weekend and every other holiday

Assignment Details
- Term: 13 weeks

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- EPIC (CareConnect) charting experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, NRP, EFM-NCC or AWHONN fetal monitoring

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients during labor and delivery.
- Monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor.
- Assist in triage and determine the need for interventions.
- Provide support to patients and families, addressing concerns and questions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.

Compliance / Notes
- Must be able to float to other women's health departments (postpartum and high-risk OB).
- Travelers are first to float.
- Time off: Max 10 days per contract; no RTO allowed during initial weeks of assignment.
- COVID-19 vaccine: Not required.
