Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business transformation and technology initiatives. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear requirement gathering, process optimization, and successful delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements (functional and non-functional).
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FS), and user stories.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure test case alignment with requirements and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process walkthroughs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst (aligned with Band 2.2).
• Strong expertise in: Requirement elicitation techniques, Process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts), Documentation tools (Excel, Word, Confluence, JIRA), Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Healthcare / Medical Device domain (preferred for California projects).
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, SQL).
• Exposure to automation or AI-driven solutions.
• Certification such as CBAP / CCBA / PMI-PBA / Scrum Certification is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
