Customer Service/Inventory Clerk

Our client in the Bedford area is seeking a Customer Service & Inventory Specialist to play a key role in managing office operations, inventory, and shipping/receiving tasks. This dynamic position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent multitasking abilities and a professional demeanor. Responsibilities

Customer service representative: Contact customers via email and phone. Generate customer sales orders. Generate corresponding vendor purchase order as needed. Assist with additional tasks and objectives as needed. 

Inventory clerk: Fulfill customer orders for shipping via Fed Ex & UPS. Selection and packing customer order items. Create shipping labels. Manage and process daily incoming inventory from vendor orders. Stock inventory. Monitor shipping material supplies (ie: boxes, labels, etc)
