Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant for a temporary onsite opportunity in Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on accounting experience and strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online . Temporary/Part Time - 30-35 hours per week.
What You'll Do
Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting activities
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Enter and verify financial data with a high level of accuracy
Support month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and general ledger maintenance
Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
