Answers telephone; transfers calls to appropriate person or department and distributes telephone and/or other messages.
Maintains appropriate files assuring security, confidentiality and timely location of such materials.
Inventories and orders office supplies, maintaining appropriate levels.
Full Time Position, 80 hours bi-weekly
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. ·
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office or related software.
