Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager
AMEDISYS HOME HEALTH
Amedisys is seeking a Hospice RN Case Manager to join our compassionate home health team in Fredericksburg and surrounding area. You will assess patients, coordinate with the care team, and help patients heal at home. This role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing experience.
