We are seeking candidates who possess a strong background in sales and a dedication to providing high-quality customer service. In this capacity, the selected individual will manage customer inquiries and assist them with a variety of banking services while effectively promoting our financial products. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking services and products in both Danish and English. Utilize sales skills to accurately assess customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions. Assist clients with account openings, transactions, and general banking inquiries. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed established company sales objectives. Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions to uphold customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and transactions with precision in our database. Stay informed regarding banking products, services, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to clients. Requirements Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. A minimum of one year experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the banking or sales sector. Demonstrated success in sales with a proven ability to achieve sales targets. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities. Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management systems is preferred. Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new cultural experience.
