If reading blueprints feels second nature and you love assembling with precision, this direct‑hire role in Omaha (68127) could be your next move.
Quick facts- Direct hire — no contract or temp period
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- Onsite in Omaha, NE 68127
- You’ve worked in manufacturing and thrive on shop‑floor momentum.
- You have assembly experience (or you’ve done closely related build work) and want more.
- You read blueprints/work orders accurately and plan your build before picking up a tool.
- You’re confident with hand and power tools and fine with occasional heavy lifting.
- You bring mechanical know‑how and an electrical mindset (highly preferred).
- Build machine sub‑assemblies and full systems from drawings and schematics.
- Route wiring and verify continuity per electrical schematics.
- Diagnose and resolve both mechanical and electrical issues as they arise.
- Measure twice using precision gauges, hand metrology tools, and a tape measure — then document inspections.
- Sustain safe practices while moving and handling heavy materials.
