We are seeking a team player willing to work in a collaborative environment and enthusiastic about continuous improvement What You Will Do: Review daily production schedules and ensures the raw materials required are available Follow process instructions and accurately adds raw materials to reactors Perform routine observation of product during the process to ensure batch quality. Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consultswith Quality personnel on any batch adjustments. Properly cleansout reactors Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished product Transferring product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums etc. Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance Manages Autonomous Maintenance activities Understand and performs Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO) Completespaperwork and enter batch information into SAP Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 1 year of manufacturing experience working with systems, pumps, read meters, basic Quality Control data and to track mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments, etc.) 1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (take samples, perform pH tests) 1 year of experience simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately complete related documents Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical Requirements: Selected candidates must be able to complete the following physical functions including but not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and other repetitive motions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
