About Jerritt Canyon The Jerritt Canyon deposit was discovered in 1972, and the first gold production from the property occurred in 1981. The Jerritt Canyon property contains 30,821 hectares of mining claims located in the mining-friendly state of Nevada. First Majestic acquired the Jerritt Canyon Gold Mine from Sprott Mining Inc. on April 30, 2021. In May 2023, operations were suspended to prioritize exploration and technical studies. Jerritt Canyon is now entering a new phase of evaluation and planning, requiring substantial technical support to advance the work necessary for a potential future restart of operations.The OpportunityThe Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all supply chain functions at Jerritt Canyon, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials and services are available to support safe and efficient operations while maintaining cost control and operational discipline.Working closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Finance teams, the Supply Chain Manager drives strategic sourcing initiatives, strengthens supplier relationships, and implements best practices to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all site supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with operational and business objectives.Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, performance management, and cost optimization.Oversee purchasing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services.Manage inventory levels to balance availability with cost efficiency, including optimization of critical spares and working capital.Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations teams to forecast material requirements and support planned and unplanned work.Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory and procurement data within systems (e.g., SAP).Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance, including cost, service levels, and inventory turnover.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team members to build capability and support a high-performance culture.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities related to supply chain operations.Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.Collaborate with corporate and site leadership on strategic sourcing and supply chain initiatives.The above duties and responsibilities are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all- inclusive.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.7-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials management, preferably in mining or heavy industrial environments.Demonstrated experience managing procurement, inventory, and logistics functions in a complex operational setting.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain data management.Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis related to supply chain operations.Strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.Equal Employment Opportunity The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer committed to providing employment opportunities to employees and applicants in accordance with all applicable laws.
