Chief Executive OfficerTime Commitment: Approximately 1015 hours per weekAbout the OpportunityYouth RISE Foundation is seeking an aspiring operations leader to join our executive leadership team as Executive Director of Operations.This position is designed for someone who has some professional, academic, nonprofit, administrative, or leadership experience and is ready to take the next step in their development.You do not need to have spent ten years in executive leadership.We are looking for someone who is curious, dependable, organized, willing to learn, and excited about building something meaningful alongside a growing organization.The right person will have the opportunity to strengthen their skills in operations, leadership, project management, organizational development, compliance, administration, strategic planning, and executive leadership while contributing directly to the continued growth of Youth RISE Foundation.The RoleThe Executive Director of Operations will help build and strengthen the systems that allow Youth RISE Foundation to operate effectively.You will work closely with the President & CEO and other members of executive leadership to coordinate organizational operations, improve internal systems, support departments, manage projects, and turn organizational goals into action.This is a hands-on growth opportunity.You will be given meaningful responsibilities, opportunities to lead projects, and exposure to executive-level organizational management.What You'll DoOperationsHelp coordinate day-to-day organizational operations.Improve internal workflows and administrative systems.Help departments stay organized and accountable.Track organizational projects, deadlines, and deliverables.Identify operational problems and help develop solutions.Assist with creating and improving policies and procedures.Leadership DevelopmentParticipate in executive leadership meetings.Work alongside experienced organizational leaders.Take ownership of operational projects.Develop executive communication and decision-making skills.Gain experience managing cross-functional initiatives.Receive opportunities to expand your leadership responsibilities as your capabilities grow.Organizational DevelopmentHelp Youth RISE build scalable systems as the organization grows.Assist with strategic and operational planning.Support organizational restructuring and process improvement.Help establish measurable goals and performance standards.Participate in initiatives that improve the experience of volunteers, interns, fellows, participants, and staff.Project ManagementLead or support organizational projects.Build project timelines and implementation plans.Coordinate stakeholders and deadlines.Track progress and communicate barriers.Help ensure projects move from planning to completion.Executive SupportSupport the President & CEO with operational initiatives.Prepare reports, updates, and recommendations.Help coordinate executive priorities.Follow up on organizational action items.Serve as an operational point of contact between departments when appropriate.Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who:Has some
