Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience and hold an active OH or compact state license. This role involves working nights on a 3 x 12-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in a telemetry environment
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and evaluate patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Perform assessments and provide interventions as needed

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• One reference from a manager or supervisor within the specialty required
