This onsite, contract position begins as soon as possible and runs through May 28th, 2027, offering the opportunity to work a predictable, full-time schedule—37.5 hours per week. Bring your expertise to a diverse student community and collaborate closely with educators and families to help students succeed.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Virginia
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working in a school-based environment or with school-aged children strongly preferred
• Capable of conducting both individual and group therapy sessions
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students onsite
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine individual student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
• Maintain thorough records and monitor student progress
• Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Stay updated on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
