Procurement Process Coordinator

W2 contract, min of 12 months ONSITE out of Plano, TX – W2 $32-34/hr What You’ll Be Doing Monitor / Manage registrations and applications through the internal application portal. Communicates with all applicants on pending applications to complete Digital Appliance Authorized Service Provider contract requirements. Review and validate all requirements to prepare PUMI submission Support requests for credit for new and existing requests Update and maintain master information tables Reporting on application and contract status to regional support teams and leadership Support Admin team in additional administrative tasks related to customer/vendor master management Support team with preparing RFI/RFP scope document aligned with different key internal stakeholders Being able to put together summary of proposals submitted during RFI/RFP process Assisting with collection of internal evaluation related to RFI/RFP process Concluding RFI/RFP results for internal approval and next steps with contract preparation and signature What you bring: Experience with vendor relationship, customer onboarding, Field Service or administration preferred Experience with RFI/RFP procurement process end to end Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to work in a cross-functional, high-demand environment Collaboratively work with other departments. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with service network as well as upper management. Team player that is willing to learn and grow within the Samsung Care team. Strong Microsoft Excel (including use of pivot tables and formulas), Word, and PowerPoint skills required 3+ years working experience in corporate setting w/ experience in operations/project coordinating/project management & Field Service or administration Great communication skills; highly organized - working w/ vendors and communicate with service network as well as upper management.
