Bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred due to the diverse client base. This is not a standard front desk position. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume multi line phone system with accuracy and composure
• Coordinate attorney and staff calendars with precision
• Support client intake processes and ensure seamless handoffs to legal teams
• Maintain a refined and organized reception environment that reflects the firm’s standards
• Assist with administrative tasks, document handling, and internal communication
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
