Sterile Processing Operations Manager

Advocate Health is seeking a Senior Sterile Processing Manager at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center—Administration: Surgery. The role oversees centralized processing, sterilization, inventory control, and performance improvements to minimize delays in surgical instrumentation. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of sterile processing or equivalent, plus leadership experience and inventory/budget relevance.
