Industrial Maintenance & Line Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot filling, labeling, and packaging equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical/electrical repairs.
Diagnose PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor system issues.
Complete equipment changeovers and minimize production downtime.
Maintain maintenance records and follow cGMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with PLC-controlled equipment, filling lines, labeling systems, and packaging machinery.
Knowledge of industrial maintenance, preventive maintenance, and automation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred

Experience in cosmetics, personal care, food, pharmaceutical, or packaging manufacturing.
Familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLCs and preventive maintenance programs.

Schedule
Full-time | Monday-Friday | Overtime as needed
